6. This promotion is only open to New Zealand residents, living in New Zealand, who are aged 18 years or over. Non-New Zealand Residents and/or Entrants under the age of 18 years old, Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with the Promotion, and participating retailers and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

How to enter

7. To enter the promotion, you must purchase 1x 750mL bottle of any Villa Maria wine ("Participating Products") from a Participating Store during the Promotion Period. Scan the QR Code on the point of sale or visit www.villamariawines.com/nz/win to enter your details and submit your entry during the Promotion Period to gain one (1) entry into the prize draw.
8. You must retain the original purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase.
9. Multiple entries are permitted in accordance with clause 7. Limit of one entry per person per day.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the Prize where false or misleading details have been given by you, or you have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Prize

11. There are thirty (30) prize packs to be won. One (1) x winner per Participating Store will win 1 x NZ Team supporter pack valued at $445NZD RRP. The prize is to be collected from the winner's selected New Zealand participating store within 28 days of the prize draw date.

13. Total prize pool value $13,436.40NZD RRP.
14. Prizes are not transferrable for cash, credit or otherwise. Prizes cannot be transferred by a winner to another person without the prior written consent of the Promoter.

Deciding on a winner

15. The winner/s will be randomly drawn by the Promoter or their representative from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period at 10:00am on 21 July 2026 at 17 Halsey Street, Auckland 1010.
16. The Promoter's decision on the winner/s is final and may not be challenged.
17. The winner/s of the Prize/s will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw. If the Promoter fails to make contact with a winner/s within 2 weeks from the date of the draw, the Promoter may redraw another winner.
18. The Promoter will require the Prize winner to provide proof of identity, age, and residency in order to claim the prize. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter's satisfaction, the entry will be invalid.
19. The winner/s will be responsible for collecting their prize from their selected participating store.
20. If any Prize or component of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value.

General

22. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the promotion. The Promoter will not be responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries received due to technical problems.

The Promoter and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss (including special or consequential loss) damage or personal injury suffered (whether mental or physical) by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, any prize draw, a prize, or its use by the winner/s.
24. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to vary these terms and conditions or cancel any or all of the prize draws or components of this promotion without notice.
