  1. The Promotor of this promotion is Villa Maria Estate Limited ("Promotor" or "us or we").
  2. The promotion commences at 12:01am (NZDT) on 04 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 14 June 2026 ("Promotion Period").
  3. By entering into this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  4. Participating Stores: Select supermarkets and Liquor outlets nationwide in New Zealand.

  6. The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Non-New Zealand Residents and/or Entrants under the age of 18 years old, Employees of the Promotor, the Promotor's associated companies, the Promotor's agencies associated with the Promotion, and participating retailers and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

How to enter

  1. To enter the promotion, you must purchase 1x 750mL bottle of any Villa Maria wine ("Participating Products") in-store with a promotional neck tag from a Participating Store during the Promotion Period and scan the QR Code to register and submit your details or visit www.villamariawines.com/nz/win during the Promotion Period to gain one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
  2. You must retain the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
  3. One entry per person per day, and to be accompanied by an original purchase receipt for each entry. Online purchases of Participating Products are ineligible to participate in this promotion.
  4. The Promotor reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the Prize where false or misleading details have been given by you, or you have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Prize

  1. One (1) lucky winner will win a Luxury Melbourne escape for two (2) adults (18+ years) valued at up to $10,000NZD RRP (the "Prize") in accordance with the requirements of these terms and conditions. The Prize includes:
    • All travel and accommodation are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the travel, accommodation & hospitality service providers.

  2. This Prize is valid for travel until 30 June 2027. Blackout periods include all New Zealand School holiday dates, Public Holiday dates and any other special event periods. All bookings must be made a minimum of 45 days prior to requested departure dates. All bookings and inclusions regarding the Travel Prize must be made via the Promotor's chosen travel agent. Redeeming the Prize is conditional to accepting the terms and conditions as detailed by the Promotor and in accordance with normal travel practices. All travel is subject to availability and may be dependent on specific booking classes with airlines or specific room categories with accommodation partners. All airline and accommodation options are at the Promotor's discretion. No part of the prize is redeemable for cash. It is non-refundable and not transferable. Where the prize participant is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Winner and companions must hold valid passports with a minimum of 6 months validity prior to departure. Winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once the booking is approved and issued. Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals and other ancillary costs, including but limited to travel insurance and insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package inclusions, are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and their travel companions. Major Prize winner and their travel companions must hold valid travel insurance for their period of travel. It is the winner's responsibility to organize transport to and from the airport departure and return point.
  3. The Prize must be taken in its entirety as specified in clause 11 of these conditions. The winner and their travelling companion are able to extend their prize at their own cost, however changes to the trip itinerary will not be accepted.
  4. Prizes are not transferrable for cash, credit or otherwise.  Prizes cannot be transferred by a winner to another person without the prior written consent of the Promotor.

Deciding on a winner

  1. The winner will be randomly drawn by the Promotor's representative from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period at 10:00am on the 16th of June 2026 at 17 Halsey Street, Auckland, 1010.
  2. The Promotor's decision on the winner is final and may not be challenged.
  3. The winner of the Prize will be notified by email or phone within 2 business days of the draw. The prize must be redeemed within 14 days of being notified. If the Promotor fails to make contact with a winner within 14 days from the date of the draw, the Promotor may redraw another winner.
  4. The Promotor will require the prize winner to provide proof of identity, age, and residency in order to claim the prize. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promotor's satisfaction, the entry will be invalid.
  5. If any Prize or component of the Prize is unavailable, the Promotor reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value.

General

  1. The Promotor is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the promotion.  The Promotor will not be responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries received due to technical problems.

The Promotor and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss (including special or consequential loss) damage or personal injury suffered (whether mental or physical) by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, any prize draw, a prize, or its use by the winner/s.
  3. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of BTL Group Limited and the Promotor is not responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered by a prize winner as a direct or indirect result of any BTL Group Limited or any other third party service provider.
  4. The Promotor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to vary these terms and conditions or cancel any or all of the prize draws or components of this promotion without notice.
  5. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
